- Developing human resources with a superior mental attitude that is based on world-quality competence, confidence, and communication skills and has a high commitment,
- Developing an environmentally sound livestock science and technology capability system so that it becomes a leading educational institution, and
- Developing an extensive network for livestock science and technology services, especially for the formulation of scientific input for livestock development planning and policies in the regions.
